HDFC PayZapp Offer March 2022: Get 3x Reward Points on Credit Card Spends

HDFC Bank has once again come up with 3x Reward Points offer for their select credit cardholders on transactions made via the PayZapp app. The offer is applicable only on HDFC Infinia, Diners Club Black, Diners Club Privilege and Regalia Credit Cards and is applicable from 1st January 2022 to 28th February 2022.

March 2022 Update: The offer has now been extended till 31st March 2022.

January 2022 Update: Bill Payments has been excluded from January 2022, so now no more 3x reward points on Electricity, Redgirraffe Bill Payments etc.

HDFC PayZapp 3x Reward Points Offer

Under this 3X Reward Points offer, HDFC credit card customers with HDFC Infinia, Diners Club Black, Diners Club Privilege or Regalia Credit Card will earn 3x Reward Points (1x Regular Reward Points + 2x Bonus Reward Points) on all spends of Rs. 2,000 or above via PayZapp app. A maximum of 1,500 Bonus Reward Points can be earned under this offer during the entire offer period.

This 3x Reward Points offer is applicable only on the following HDFC Credit Cards-

• HDFC Infinia Credit Card
• HDFC Diners Club Black Credit Card
• HDFC Regalia Credit Card
• HDFC Diners Privilege Credit Card

How to Avail the Offer?

You can avail the 3x Reward Points offer on your eligible HDFC credit card (any of the four aforementioned cards) by making a transaction of a minimum of Rs. 2,000 via the PayZapp mobile app (you can download the PayZapp app from here). A maximum of 1,500 Bonus Reward Points (the additional 2x Points) can be earned during the entire offer period.

Offer Terms & Conditions

• The offer benefit shall not be applicable on wallet uploads, bill payments and transactions made on Nobroker and Magicbricks.
• The offer benefit shall be applicable only on making full transaction with an eligible HDFC Bank Credit Card. The cardholder shall not get the offer benefit if partial transaction is made via any other payment method like a mobile wallet.
• A customer can get the offer benefit on a maximum of 5 eligible transactions in a day.
• The cashback benefit shall be applicable only on transactions of a minimum amount of Rs. 2,000.
• A cardholder can earn a maximum of 1,500 Bonus Reward Points (i.e. 1,500 additional 2x Points) during the entire offer period.
• The offer benefit shall not be applicable on certain categories of spends via PayZapp- bill payment, SmartBuy, wallet upload, Nobroker and Magicbricks.
• The Bonus Reward Points earned under the offer shall be credited to the credit card account within 30 days of the date of transaction.
• The offer shall be valid from 1st January 2022 to 31st January 2022.

How Much to Spend for Maximum Benefit?

As you know, you can earn a maximum of 2,000 Bonus Reward Points on your eligible HDFC credit card under this offer. This max capping of 2,000 Points is applicable only on the additional Reward Points earned at the 2x rate (no coping applicable on the regular Reward Points earned on the card). Therefore, the minimum amount you must spend to earn maximum Bonus Reward Points can be calculated as per the table below-

Bottom Line

With this offer, HDFC Infinia and Diners Club Black cardholders will be able to get a reward rate of up to 10% (on spending Rs. 22,500), while Diners Club Privilege and Regalia cardholders can get a reward rate of up to 4% (on spending Rs. 28,200).
