- Step 1 – Use the subject line “Upgrade to Club ITC Gold.”
- Step 2 – Include your Full Name, Email ID, and Mobile Number.
- Step 3 – Provide your Club ITC Membership Number.
- Step 4 – Share your Airline or Hospitality Loyalty Membership ID. Please attach a photo or scanned copy of your loyalty card.
