ICICI Bank has now officially launched a dedicated Portal for the redemption of Reward Points earned with ICICI Credit cards, the ICICI Bank Rewards Points. With this portal, cardholders can redeem their reward points for a number of options including various products and gift vouchers. The ICICI Bank Rewards
The Reward Points earned with the ICICI Bank Debit or Credit Cards (from 1 April 2022) can be redeemed for several options available on the portal. These include amazing gift vouchers and a wide range of products from top brands like Van Heusen, Tanishq, Titan, and many more. Earlier the cardholders used to redeem the reward points earned with the ICICI cards on the PAYBACK Portal, but now the same has been replaced by the Bank with its own redemption portal. The Bank earlier notified the cardholders about the redemption options that included flight and hotel bookings, gift vouchers, merchandise, movie tickets, and much more. Currently, there are only products and gift vouchers option present but other options will also be offered very soon.
It is to be noted that Reward points earned with the ICICI Cards before 1st April 2022 will be redeemed on the PAYBACK portal. Only the points earned after 1st April can be redeemed on the ICICI Bank Rewards Portal.
How to redeem ICICI Bank Rewards
To redeem reward points on the ICICI Bank Rewards, follow the steps given below:
– Login to your ICICI Bank Account.
– Go to Credit Cards.
– Look for the option of Reward Points in the menu bar on the left side.
– Click on the same and you will be redirected to ICICI Bank Rewards.
The ICICI Bank Rewards earned with the ICICI Bank Cards can be redeemed (at the rate of 1 RP= Rs. 0.25) for wide options present on the Rewards portal like:
- Various products like Apple Watch, bose speakers etc.
- Gift Vouchers from Top brands including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, MakeMyTrip, Cleartrip, Croma etc.

As most of the top credit card issuers like HDFC Bank and Axis Bank have their reward redemption portal, ICICI Bank has now also launched its own dedicated rewards redemption portal.
