These updates are generally in line with the changes in various cashback cards in the industry. The maximum cap introduced in various categories won’t affect general consumers, though it may be a setback for those who spend high amounts on Paytm via HDFC cards.
In case you are a user of an HDFC Paytm credit card, be it a consumer card or a business card, being updated on the features will surely come in handy in the future. Moreover, keeping an open mind on the changes towards the revised features as they do broaden the horizon on the payments and the cashback rates which will come into effect from 1 April 2023.
