I spoke to Rohit from Smartbuys customer care and he told me that the 15000 points is outside of the smartbuys cap. So it is effectively 30000 points. He said that the forex promotion is listed on the Smartbuys portal, but it is not a Smartbuys promo. It is an HDFC Credit Cards promo.
