Complimentary Meet and Greet With Visa Infinite Credit Cards

4 July, 2026 / By Kartik Kanwar / 4 Comment

For those who value their time and want to make a memorable entrance, opting for meet and greet services is highly recommended.

Airport meet and greet services are often associated with premium credit cards. Unlike complimentary access to airport lounges, these services are generally available only through the top-tier premium credit cards like HDFC Infinia. Visa, in collaboration with Adani Digital Labs Pvt Limited, has introduced an exciting new offer for holders of Visa Infinite Credit Cards. Those with eligible credit cards can book free meet and greet services once each year when departing from or arriving at Indian airports. This is a significant benefit of owning a premium credit card.

My Encalm Meet & Greet Experience with Visa Infinite

There have been many people disappointed with the Encalm Meet & Greet service, but my recent experience, booked through the Visa Infinite offer, was the complete opposite. I honestly couldn’t be happier.

We had an early morning flight at 5 AM for Singapore, and the Encalm staff were already waiting for us. Not only were they punctual, but also cheerful, energetic, and extremely courteous, quite a delight at that hour! The porters were equally polite and quickly took charge of our luggage. They even asked if we had Fast Forward, which we did, and immediately guided us to the right counters.

Encalm Meet & Greet

As we headed towards immigration, an Encalm manager personally stopped by to check how our experience was going, a nice, unexpected touch. But the real surprise came when the staff smoothly escorted us through the business-class immigration counters. That felt like a bonus privilege.

Another highlight was after security. Initially, we told the attendants we’d like to wander around ourselves. But anyone who’s been to Delhi Terminal 3 knows how long the Encalm Airport Lounge queue usually is. When we called the attendant back (we had their contact details), they arrived within just 3–4 minutes and whisked us past the line straight into the lounge.

The whole experience genuinely made us feel like VIPs, and that feeling alone was worth it. I’d highly recommend trying this service at least once if you have access to it.

Visa Infinite Encalm Meet and Greet

Bottom Line

Cardholders with an eligible Visa Infinite Variant Credit Card should carefully enter their details when booking the complimentary airport meet and greet service. It is recommended that bookings be made at least 48 hours prior to when the service is needed. This benefit is available once a year, and if it is not used, it will not carry over to the following year.

To qualify for the meet and greet service with Visa Infinite, a minimum spending of $1,000 (internationally) in the last 12 months is required. Even those who are ineligible for complimentary access can get discounted meet and greet services via Visa Infinite.

Pro Tip: Opt for Meet and Greet Services while departing, as you can take advantage of fast track check-in and save time.

Visa Meet & Greet is one of those premium benefits that often flies under the radar. For frequent international travelers, having assistance through airport formalities and avoiding long queues can make the journey much smoother. The spending requirement before booking is also worth highlighting since many cardholders overlook it.

Another card worth looking at is the Times Black ICICI Bank Credit Card. It currently includes access to the Visa Meet & Greet offer through its benefits portal, subject to Visa’s eligibility criteria and the required international card-present spending before booking. If someone already has the card, it’s definitely a perk that’s worth exploring rather than leaving unused.

If you hold a Visa Infinite credit card (India-issued), you can get this free once a year at select airports—provided you’ve spent at least US$1,000 in international POS (point-of-sale) transactions over the past 12 months.

The included services are solid: someone meets you curbside, helps you through check-in, assists with three pieces of baggage, helps you past queues, and if needed, there’s even a golf cart transfer to your boarding gate depending on how far it is. On top of that, there’s a two-hour stay in the departure lounge, plus duty-free shopping assistance on request.

This is a really great addition to the perks of Visa Infinite cards. I appreciate the meet and greet service, mainly when travelling early in the morning. Makes the whole airport experience much more stress free.
