How does the redemption part work? is there a dedicated portal, tie up with a rewards partner? Also, what is the Return on Spends % if i opt for statement credit?

You can pick your poison from redemption against cash to fight/hotel bookings but the Reward Point value shall remain the same. 1 Reward Point = ₹0.25

Does the unlimited lounge access permits multiple check ins at the same terminal like for guests who accompany the primary card holder?

No it doesnt work like that. You can access one for yourself and then after sometime another. Not one after another.

While applying it is asking joining fees as Rs. 2499/- and also annual fees as Rs. 2499/-; In the above description it is lifetime free. Not understood the philosophy. Please clarify.
