Where Can I Use My NeuCoins?

Spend-Based Domestic Airport Lounge Access
In an era where access to airport lounges has become more of a hassle than a luxury, credit card issuers have begun implementing spending-based criteria for entry. Similar to other prominent issuers, SBI Card has established a minimum spending requirement for the Tata Neu Infinity SBI Credit Card. This card offers two free visits to domestic airport lounges each quarter.
To gain free access to domestic airport lounges with the Tata Neu Infinity SBI Credit Card, cardholders must spend ₹75,000 in the previous quarter to be eligible. For newly issued cards, the minimum spending requirement is waived for both the month of issuance and the entire calendar quarter in which the card is issued.
Free International Airport Lounge Access
Cardholders of the Tata Neu Infinity SBI Card can enjoy free access to international airport lounges once per quarter, with no spending requirement for this benefit. To access the lounges, cardholders must bring their physical Priority Pass. If you exceed the four complimentary visits (one per quarter), a fee of US $27 plus GST will be charged for each additional visit.
Please note that guest visits using the Priority Pass will also incur a charge of US $27 plus GST per guest.
Honest Review
Many credit card enthusiasts and those who keep up with trends in India may share a common question: What was the need for new cards when HDFC was already issuing Tata Neu Credit Cards? Some questions are perhaps best left unanswered. However, what consumers can decide is which card is the best fit for them: the HDFC Tata Neu Infinity or the one offered by SBI.
The Tata Neu Infinity SBI Credit Card is quite similar to the HDFC Infinity Credit Card, with a few key differences. The primary distinction is that the SBI offering provides spend-based lounge access, whereas the HDFC card does not have such a requirement. This feature alone may sway many consumers to apply for the HDFC Infinity instead of the SBI version.
For those who can or plan to make significant expenditures with the SBI Tata Neu Infinity Card, it is definitely worth considering. Users can earn valuable rewards in the form of NeuCoins without having to meet any spending criteria for airport lounge access.
Additionally, this card will be particularly beneficial for taking advantage of SBI’s offers during various sales events.
Both cards offer similar features, and with the backing of Tata’s trusted brand, the Tata Neu co-branded credit cards are a must-have for everyone. Whether you’re looking to purchase groceries, buy gold, or book air tickets, having a credit card that provides benefits on Tata purchases is essential. Ultimately, whether to choose this Infinity variant or the Plus variant, or to go with the HDFC option, is entirely up to the consumer, as both card offerings are nearly identical with minimal distinctions.

TATA NEU SBI CARD : Auto-debit was confirmed to be active from 17/04/2026, so I cleared the full due manually on 04/04/2026. Despite this, their system again presented the same amount on 06/04/2026, causing bounce charges and penalty. This is clearly a system error, and I should not be penalized for it but they Calling this their “internal policy”
Be careful before taking Tata Neu SBI Card. In my experience, their system and policies can create issues like double payment situations. Even after activating auto-debit, I paid manually to avoid delay, but still faced problems and poor support response. They closed my complaint saying it’s their internal policy. So think carefully before applying.

While these are two good options to chose from, one reason I can think of switching to SBI from HDFC is release of the credit limit that gets unusable due to holding multiple cards. I can think of cancellation of my existing Neu Infinity and getting the SBI one instead.

I was chased by the sales team to take up the Tata Neu SBI card, at my office. Priority pass for airport lounges is free. But they did not say it was only outside India airports. The promised 1499 neu points welcome gift also not received. Not worth running credit check for this card. Waste of time.
