The cardholders can block their LIC-Axis bank credit card by logging into their netbanking account. Below are stated some steps you can follow to block your account via netbanking

Step 1: Firstly, login to your Axis Bank Internet Banking account using your username and password.
Step 2: Go to the Accounts option and choose the “My credit card” option.
Step 3: And select and click on the block credit card option
Step 4: Provide your credit card details
Step 5: You shall receive an OTP on your registered mobile number, once you have entered your credit card details
Step 6: Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number.

Through Mobile Banking

The customer can link their LIC- Axis credit card with Axis mobile app to assess their account. The cardholders can follow the instructions stated below to assess their credit card account.

Step 1: To get started, login to your account using your credentials
Step 2: Hover to the select menu of the Axis mobile app
Step 3: After, select the Services and Support option
Step 4: Choose the block and replace option.
Step 5: Select the LIC-Axis bank credit card you wish to block
Step 6: Click on the block and replace button to block your card.

Through SMS

LIC customers can get their credit card blocked their credit card by sending an SMS from your registered mobile number. You can follow these steps to block your LIC credit card using these steps.

SMS “BLOCK XXXX” (XXXX denotes the last 4-digit of your credit card)

Send this respective SMS to 5676782 from your registered mobile number

The bank shall authenticate your card details and block your LIC credit card. You shall be issued a replacement credit card by the bank.
