Step 1: Call on the customer care toll-free number and validate your 4-digit Personal Identification Number by entering it when asked by the IVR.

Customers of IDBI can always go to their nearest bank location to request that their credit card be blocked. You can do so by following the instructions below:

Step 1: Visit the nearest IDBI Bank branch and take the credit card block application from the counter.
Step 2: Fill the form and submit it to the bank branch.

How to apply for the replacement of a credit card?

For the replacement of credit cards, the customers are required to visit the nearest IDBI Bank Branch and submit the request for credit card replacement. It will take 5-10 working days for the replaced credit card to be delivered to your mailing address. The IDBI Bank charges a credit card replacement fee of Rs. 200. To check the status of card replacement you can either contact the bank via customer care number or visit the nearest bank branch.
