RuPay has established an exclusive airport lounge at Indira Gandhi International Airport Terminal 3. This lounge offers a variety of services specifically for RuPay cardholders. Currently, there are no limits or restrictions on complimentary lounge access; however, these will be implemented starting January 1, 2025. This initiative marks the first time a card network, rather than a card issuer, has introduced such a service.
Access to the exclusive lounge is limited to individuals with RuPay Select, Platinum, or higher-tier cards. Below are the new proposed tiers that will allow a certain number of visits based on spending made with the RuPay credit card.

No issue with this. There is only one RuPay lounge. Even when Axis implemented a 5,000 cap the rush at the lounges went down.

Yes, but with this one particular requirement I think most have forgotten about it. Since it was announced pretty early on and just got implemented in Jan 2025.
