IndusInd Bank has announced that it will discontinue the complimentary Club ITC Culinaire membership offered with its super-premium Crest and Pioneer Heritage Credit Cards. This marks a significant devaluation, as the ITC Culinaire program provided cardholders with valuable dining privileges at ITC Hotels across India.
According to the official IndusInd Bank website, “Effective 5th October 2025, Complimentary ITC Membership which is available with MasterCard variant will be discontinued for existing cardholders and for any new customers boarded on or after 15th September 2025 will not be able to avail this offer.”

This move can be seen as a major devaluation for the IndusInd Crest and Pioneer Heritage Metal Credit Cards, both of which fall under the premium category and were known for offering exclusive dining privileges through the complimentary ITC Culinaire membership. From 15th September 2025, new applicants will no longer be eligible for this benefit. However, existing cardholders who have recently onboarded or already received their ITC Culinaire membership are advised to activate and make the most of it before the benefit is completely withdrawn on 5th October 2025.
