Why Infinity Metal debit card is not being issued to existing Active Supper 811 account holders, why only for new customers? It should be issued to all customers, whether new or old. How to get infinity metal card being Super 811 account with old debit card holder. Any way to Replace my existing old debit card to new infinity metal debit card?

Many existing 811 users cannot even get 811 Super plastic card, let alone this one. Kotak is doing a good job of making sure its existing customers start hating the bank

It’s a great addition, but there’s no clarity for existing users—can they upgrade to the metal card? If yes, will they get the option to waive the issuance fee, and why is offline KYC still required just to avail the waiver?
