Phone Banking

The customers can always contact the bank to submit their credit card complaint via calling on the customer care helpline number 1800-419-0064. On not receiving a satisfactory response from the bank through call and mail, you can contact the bank by writing a letter. Level 1: Branch Level

Level 2: Write to Corporate Office

In case you do not receive any satisfactory response from the branch level then you can write to the bank send it through a post on the corporate address of the bank. You are required to mention your complaint reference number, credit card number, complaint description, and contact details.

Level 3: Nodal Officer

The customers can submit their credit card complaints to the nodal officer in case they did not get any satisfactory reply or no reply at all from the above-mentioned two levels. Level 4: Banking Ombudsman

On receiving an unsatisfactory response from all the levels of the LIC credit card customer care services then the customer can approach the banking ombudsman and submit their credit card complaint.
