Level 1: Branch Level

On the branch level, you can submit your credit card queries by calling the KVB credit card customer care numbers 1860-258-1916/1800-419-6500 or by writing a mail and sending it to customersupport@kvbmail.com or to creditcardsupport@kvbmail.com.
While writing a mail kindly mention your credit card number, complaint reference number, name, and complaint description.
