Step 1: Open the mobile banking app and log in to your account.
Step 2: Navigate to credit cards and from the drop-down menu select the requests option.
Step 3: Click on the card hot listing option and block your credit card.

Through Internet Banking

By Visiting Bank Branch

Step 1: Firstly, call on 24 hours helpline numbers 1899-419-8500 / 022-40426031.
Step 2: Select your preferred language, press 1 for English and 2 for Hindi.
Step 3: From the given options provided by the IVR machine, press 1 for credit card blocking/hotlisting.
Step 4: You will again hear the options, press 1 if you have your credit card number, in case you do not have a credit card number press 9.
Step 5: Get connected with a customer care executive, request to block your credit card.
