Step 1: Log in to the IndusMobile app with your credential after installing the app
Step 2: Click on the IndusInd logo and select the ‘Credit Cards’ option under the menu
Step 3: Choose the  ‘Credit Card Service Request’ option
Step 4: Click on ‘Generate Credit card PIN’ after selecting your credit card from the drop-down menu
Step 5: Enter your credit card details such as credit card number, expiry date, CVV number, and date of birth
Step 6: Set your New PIN and Re-enter the same to confirm
Step 7: After that, you’ll be asked to input your pattern to confirm the transaction.
Step 8: You shall receive a One Time Password on your registered phone number. Click on Submit
Step 9: A confirmation message shall be sent to your registered mobile number on the successful completion of the transaction.

Through NetBanking

IndusInd Bank customers can generate new PIN on their credit cards using the netbanking facility. You can set your credit pin using the following mentioned instructions

Step 1: Log in to your net banking account by visiting the IndusNet website.
Step 2: Select your credit card by visiting the card section
Step 3: Select the Set PIN option to generate a PIN on your credit card
