IDBI Credit Card Grievance Redressal

You can escalate your credit card issue using phone banking, website, Email, Bank’s Branch, and writing a letter. Make sure while making the compliant you provide the following details for a better expertise help;

    • Your full name
    • Your Credit Card number
    • Your contact details (email address, telephone number, and residential address)
    • Reference number of Transaction/complaint ID

Level 1: Branch Level

Level 2: Grievance Redressal Officer (GRO)

If your issue remains unresolved on contacting at the branch level or didn’t get a satisfactory reply within 8 days of escalating the issue, you can contact the Grievance Redressal Officer during office hours. You can contact the GRO from Monday to Saturday except on the 2nd and 4th Saturday between 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. You can escalate your issue by calling, emailing, or writing a letter at the undersigned contact details;

Level 3: Principal Nodal Officer

You can escalate the complaint if you do not get any satisfactory reply from the GRO within 11 days of registering the complaint at the 2nd Level, you can contact the Principal Nodal Officer (PNO). The PNO’s office for registering your complaint is open from Monday to Saturday except for the 2nd and 4th Saturday between 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. To register your complaint you can either call, email, or write a letter at the given below contact details;

Level 4: Banking Ombudsman

In case your issue is still not resolved you can contact the Banking Ombudsman. The banking ombudsman scheme was started in 2006 in order to help the customers to get their banking grievances redressed as soon as possible.
