For HDFC Bank Customers

HDFC Bank account holders can follow the below-stated instructions to pay their outstanding credit card bills online

Payment via Internet Banking

Through net banking, HDFC Bank cardholders can transfer the credit card bill amount online from their Savings or Current Account to your Credit Card account. The cardholder needs to register for the net banking service to avail of this facility. 

By following the steps mentioned below the HDFC Bank account holders can pay their credit card bills through Net Banking.

Step 1: Get started by logging into your net banking account using your valid credentials
Step 2: On the top, click on the ‘Cards’ option and you’ll get a list of all your registered cards.
Step 3: Click the ‘Transact’ option below the ‘Credit Card’ button.
Step 4: Choose the credit card payment option then your select credit card
Step 5: Click on ‘Continue’ and select the credit card number.
Step 6: Enter the required details and confirm the details.

Mobile Banking

Another convenient way to make your credit card bill payment online is through mobile banking. HDFC cardholders need to link their credit card with the mobile banking app to make the required payment.

HDFC account holders can download the HDFC Bank Mobile Banking app to make their credit card bill payments as follows:

Step 1: Download the HDFC Bank Mobile App from Google Play Store (Android Users) and App Store (IOS Users)
Step 2: Go to the menu option, then select Pay and choose the ‘Cards’ option
Step 3: Choose your credit card from the list of credit cards provided
Step 4: Make payment and complete the transaction.

Standing Instruction

By giving the standing instruction to the bank, the outstanding amount will be deducted from your bank account and applied to your credit card every month via HDFC Bank autopay service. Your credit card gets auto-debited with the minimum due amount or total due amount as instructed by the customer to the bank. 

To avail of this service, the HDFC customer needs to fill Auto-Debit Authorization Form. The duly signed authorization form should be sent to the below-mentioned address.

For Non-HDFC Bank Customers

Non-HDFC Bank account holders can make their HDFC Bank credit card using the below-stated methods.

Payment via NEFT/IMPS

Using NEFT/RTGS/IMPS feature the Non-HDFC Bank cardholders can make their online bill payment of their HDFC Bank credit card. Below are mentioned some necessary steps to follow while making your HDFC Bank credit card bill payment online.

Step 1: Get started by logging into your respective bank net banking portal or mobile banking app
Step 2: Select NEFT/IMPS/Fund transfer as the payment option
Step 3: Enter your credit card credentials and make the payment.

Payment Via Paytm

The customers can also make their HDFC bank credit card bill payment online through the Paytm payment app. You can follow these instructions to make payment of your HDFC bank credit card

Step 1: Go to this page https://paytm.com/credit-card-bill-payment
Step 2: Type in your 16-digit HDFC bank credit card number under the credit card bill payment option.
Step 3: Choose your preferred payment method between BHIM UPI and Netbanking and click on the “Pay now” option.
Step 4: Complete the payment by entering your required details.

Payment Via Mobile Banking App

HDFC Bank customers can make their credit card bill payments through mobile banking. You need to register for mobile banking to pay your HDFC Bank credit card bill.

Step 1: Firstly, log in to your respective mobile banking app.
Step 2: Hover to the “Cards” option and select your HDFC Bank credit card.
Step 3: Choose your payment method and complete the transaction.

Payment via BillDesk

HDFC Bank customers can also use the Billdesk service to make payments using Netbanking. HDFC cardholders need to register for the net banking service first in order to avail the facility. Below are mentioned some steps to follow to make payment via bill desk.

Step 1: Go to the HDFC Bank Bill desk portal by clicking here
Step 2: Enter your HDFC Bank credit card number and the payment amount.
Step 3: Select your bank and click on the ‘Pay’ option.
Step 4: Confirm the payment by verifying your credentials
Step 5: You shall receive a reference number on the successful completion of the transaction.

How to Make your HDFC Bank Credit Card Bill Payments Offline?

HDFC Bank customers can also use these payment methods to pay their outstanding balance offline:

Payment Via Debit Card

HDFC customers can make online bill payments of their credit card by visiting a nearby ATM. You simply initiate a fund transfer through your debit card.  By selecting the credit card payment option from the menu after entering the required details, the outstanding bill amount shall be transferred from your saving or current account.

Cheque Payment

You can also make your outstanding bill payment by dropping a cheque in the drop box at a nearby HDFC Bank branch. The cheque should be made payable to HDFC Bank Card A/C and should include your HDFC credit card’s 16-digit number

Over the Counter /Cash Payment

You can also pay off your outstanding bill by visiting your nearest HDFC Bank Branch and making the payment in person. You will be charged a fee of Rs 100+ GST on cash payment. You shall receive an acknowledgment related to the processing of payment.
