Paying Your Credit Bill via FedMobile
Federal Bank offers a mobile banking app for Android and iOS users. The app allows you to pay your credit card bill. Here are the steps to use the FedMobile app.
- Install the FedMobile app from the Google Play Store or App Store and log in to your account.
- Navigate to the ‘credit card’ section and hit “Pay Credit Card Bill”.
- Enter your credit card number, select bank, enter IFSC Code, cardholder name, and amount.
- Complete the payment.
Paying Federal Bank Credit Card Bill Through a Payment Gateway
Customers and non-customers can settle their Federal Bank credit card bills online by selecting a payment gateway. Funds can be credited to the credit card in up to three days. The steps to pay your credit card bill using a Payment Gateway are given below.
- Go to the Federal Bank e-payments page and fill in the required details.
- Enter your credit card number twice, cardholder name, mobile number, email, and the due amount.
- Check the ‘I agree to the Terms & Conditions’ box.
- Click on proceed with payment.
Setting up Auto Debit to pay Federal Bank Credit Card Bill
With the ‘Auto Debit’ stay ahead of all and set your payment date to clear the credit card outstanding amount on time. It is hassle-free, and you do not need to worry about the due date. The fund will be deducted from your account on the scheduled date. You can sign up for Auto Debit services to pay the Federal Bank Credit Card bill amount by sending an email to creditcards@federalbank.co.in.
Paying Your Federal Bank Credit Card bill through NEFT?
Non-customers can use the National Electronic Fund Transfer to pay their Federal Bank Credit Card bill. Existing customers can also make the payment from any other bank account. The payment should be made 3-4 days before the due date because it may take up to 3 business days for the funds to be credited to the credit card. Here are the steps for paying your credit card bill using NEFT.
- Go to your bank’s internet banking page and log in to your account using your user ID and password.
- Go to ‘Accounts and Payments’ and click on NEFT fund transfer.
- Add beneficiary details like credit card number, bank name, IFSC Code FDRL00CARDS, and address.
- Select beneficiary and add the due amount.
- Proceed to pay the credit card bill.
In most cases, the steps are going to be the same as mentioned here, but there is a high probability that these steps may be different depending upon your bank.
Offline mode of Payment
You can always choose to pay your credit card bill offline. Federal Bank has provided an ‘over-the-counter’ facility for its customers to clear their outstanding balances. But how can you pay your Federal Bank Credit Card bill over the Counter?
You can pay your credit card bill by visiting the nearest Federal Bank Branch. The over-the-counter facility offers you two options to clear your credit card bill. You can either write a cheque in favor of your credit card number or submit cash. A cash processing fee will be charged for clearing the credit card dues using this offline method.
