Citibank Credit Card Customer Care Grievance Redressal:

To submit your credit card queries or complaints you need to follow a set of hierarchies. There are 4 levels through which you can approach the bank. Even after your issue remains unresolved you can approach the banking ombudsman.

Level 1: Regular Access Channels

The above discussed two points Citibank ‘ask me’ and webform are at level 1 through which you can raise your issue or you can also call on the customer care number. The Regular Access Channels include net banking, emails, calls, and filling webforms on the bank’s site.

If you are unsatisfied with the level 1 response or you haven’t got any response at all then you can approach the head of customer care and submit your query. You can submit your query to the head of customer care online also.

Level 3: Citibank Grievance Redressal Officer (Principal Nodal Officer)

If you have not gotten any response from the head of customer care, you can either call or write to the principal nodal officer.
