HDFC Bank has come up with SmartBuy Winter Travel Sale for its credit card customers. The sale starts on 13th December 2021 and will last till 20th December 2021. HDFC cardholders can avail of an instant discount of 10% on flight bookings and hotel reservations made via HDFC partner travel portals during the sale period.
HDFC SmartBuy Winter Travel Sale
HDFC credit cardholders will get an instant discount of 10% on flight bookings through Yatra/Cleartrip and hotel bookings through Cleartrip via the bank’s SmartBuy platform.
Cardholders can get a maximum discount of Rs. 200 on flight bookings and Rs. 750 on hotel bookings. A minimum transaction value of Rs. 3,000 is required to avail of the discount on hotel bookings (no such minimum transaction limit applicable on flight bookings).

How to Avail the SmartBuy Winter Travel Sale Discount
To avail the Winter Travel Sale discount, visit the flights/hotel section on the SmartBuy portal, select the flight or hotel room/suite you wish to book after comparing the prices of all the available options and checkout with your eligible HDFC credit card.
Promo code SBFLY must be used to avail of the sale benefit on flight tickets and promo code SBSTAY must be used to avail of the sale benefit on hotel bookings at the time of check out.

- The instant discount shall be applicable only if the transaction is completed with an eligible HDFC credit card.
- The sale benefit is also applicable on EMI transactions.
- The instant discount (under the Winter Travel Sale) is over and above the bonus Reward Points/cashback benefit applicable on SmartBuy transactions.
- A minimum transaction value of Rs. 3,000 is required to avail the instant discount on hotel reservations.
- The winter travel sale benefit is not applicable to select hotels (find the list of hotels here).
