ATM

You can activate your credit card by generating a 4-digit PIN. You can generate it by visiting the nearest bank’s ATM. Follow the below-given steps to generate your credit card PIN;

Step 1: Visit the nearest Federal Bank ATM and insert your credit card into the machine.
Step 2: Select the Soft PIN and click on using the OTP option to generate your credit card 4-digit PIN.
Step 3: Enter the OTP that is sent on your registered mobile number.
Step 4: Now enter a 4-digit PIN twice and click on submit.

You can generate your Federal Bank Credit Card Pin by contacting customer care on 1860-425-1199. Follow the instructions given by IVR and select ‘Connect to the bank’s executive’, on connecting with the bank’s customer care executive request to generate your credit card 4-digit PIN.

Methods to change Federal Bank Credit Card PIN

You have the freedom to change your credit card as many times as you wish. There is no set limit provided by the bank. To change Federal Bank credit card PIN you need to visit the nearest Federal Bank’s ATM.

You can also change your credit card PIN in case you have forgotten it or you just want to change it. You just need to visit the nearest bank’s ATM and follow the steps given hereafter to change your credit card PIN.

Step 2: Select the Soft PIN and click on the ‘using OTP’ option.
Step 3: Enter the OTP that is received on your registered mobile number.
Step 4: Now enter a new 4-digit PIN number twice and click on Submit.

In case you have not changed the PIN of your credit card then you need to contact the bank immediately and report the same.
