Standard Chartered Bank enables you to generate or change the credit card PIN using an online method or by calling on the SCB credit card helpline number.

Ways to generate SCB Credit Card PIN

Standard Chartered Bank provides its customers to set the credit card’s personal identification number using two methods;

    • Through Net Banking
    • By calling Standard Chartered Bank Helpline number

Through Net Banking

For the generation of credit card PIN through net banking, you need to register yourself first for internet banking either by visiting the bank branch to get it activated or by signing up from the Standard Chartered Bank’s official website. Then you need to log in to your internet banking to generate the PIN. Following are the steps to generate Standard Chartered Credit Card PIN using internet banking;

Step 1: Log in to your internet banking account using your user-id and password.
Step 2: Find and click on ‘Help and Services’ and then on ‘Card Management’.
Step 3: From the given options select the ‘Credit or Debit Card PIN Change’ option.
Step 4: From the drop-down menu select your credit card number and enter a new 6-digit PIN twice and click on the ‘Next’ button.
Step 5: You will receive a one-time password on the registered phone number for verification purposes. Enter the OTP and click on ‘Confirm’.

Once verification is done a popup message will reflect on your screen saying the credit card pin has been set successfully. You will also receive the confirmation message of the same on the registered number or on email or on both.

By Calling on Helpline Number

Those credit cardholders who do not have access to internet banking can also generate credit card PIN by calling one of the Standard Chartered Bank customer care services. You can call between 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. on any day and you can set your credit card pin by following the instructions.

Ways to change your SCB Credit Card PIN

You can change your Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card PIN with these two methods:

    • Through Net Banking
    • Through ATM

Through Net Banking

You can change your Standard Chartered Bank credit card’s Personal Identification Number either through your internet banking.

You can easily change the Standard Chartered Bank credit card PIN by following the given below steps;

Step 1: Go to the nearest Standard Chartered Bank ATM, insert your credit card, and choose the language of your choice.
Step 2: Enter existing credit card PIN and now click on change PIN.
Step 3: After clicking, you will receive a one-time password on the registered mobile number.
Step 4: Enter OTP and type new 4-digit PIN twice and click on submit.

You will receive the confirmation message from the bank on your registered number or email. If you haven’t changed the PIN contact the bank immediately.
