You can contact customer care by calling on 1860 500 1111 and follow the IVR instructions to generate the Credit Card 4-digit PIN. Press 1 to generate the credit card PIN.

Generating 4-digit PIN using ATM whether for a debit card or credit card has been the most in use. It is easy to understand and user-friendly. It is open 24×7. You can follow the below-given steps to generate your credit card pin using IDFC First Bank ATM;

Step 1: Visit the nearest IDFC First Bank ATM and insert your credit card and choose the preferred language.
Step 2: Click on ‘forgot/generate new ATM PIN’ and select the OTP option.
Step 3: Enter your registered mobile number and then enter the OTP received on the mobile number.
Step 4: Add a 4-digit PIN twice and click on submit.

Mobile App

With the changing time bank’s mobile app has taken over the old-fashioned way of banking facilities. Bank’s Mobile app provides a wide range of facilities, one of them is generation the credit card pin. You do not have to visit Bank’s ATM to generate the 4-digit PIN. Step 1: Download IDFC First Bank mobile App and log in using your internet banking username and password.
Step 2: Go to the credit cards list and click on ‘Manage Card’.
Step 3: Select ‘Set Preferences’ and click on ‘Set PIN’
Step 4: After setting PIN click on ‘Save Changes’.

Method to Change IDFC First Bank Credit Card PIN

There are times when you forget your 4-digit PIN and without the PIN you cannot authorize any transaction be it online or offline. In such a case, You can change your credit card pin by visiting the ATM machine and following these steps;

Step 1: Go to the nearest ATM and insert your credit card into the ATM machine.
Step 2: Choose the language and enter the existing PIN.
Step 3: Now press the button indicating the option to ‘Change PIN’.
Step 4: You will see a message stating that an OTP has been sent on the registered mobile number. Enter the OTP received on the mobile and 4-digit new PIN twice and click on submit.
