HDFC credit card customers can submit queries related to the application fee, card blocking, Priority Pass, Samsung Pay, card statements, etc. through the contact us page by following the below-mentioned steps-

• Step 1: Choose “Credit Cards” from the product/service drop-down menu.
• Step2: Select the type of query you want to contact the bank for- for example, annual, fee, application-related, card blocking, Priority Pass, etc. in the next two drop-down menus.

• Step 3: A dialog box asking whether you are satisfied with the bank’s service will appear. Click/tap on No, if you want to submit your query.
