SBI Credit Card Customer Care Email Service

As an SBI cardmember, you can also send your query/complaint/feedback to the SBI Card customer care via email by logging in here. You can log in by entering your registered mobile number/card details/user ID & password.

After logging in, you will be able to see the option ‘Mailbox’ on the left side of your screen. Click on Mailbox & Select the option ‘Compose.’ It will ask you to choose the category of your complaint/query/feedback that you can choose from an array of options available on your screen. Choose the sub-category after that & give the required additional information.

The interaction between you & SBI card customer care will be saved with a unique interaction ID that will be sent to you on your registered mobile number. You will get the responses from the SBI Card customer care on your registered email ID as well as in your account on SBI Card website.
