Devaluation of IDFC First Credit Cards Set to Happen in April 2024

IDFC First Bank has followed the trend set by other banks and introduced its series of credit card devaluations.

Club Vistara IDFC First Credit Card

Users must spend Rs. 20,000 in a month for lounge access and spa access the next month, and property and rent transactions will now have a minimum charge of Rs. 249 or 1% + GST.

IDFC FIRST Classic Credit Card

Reward points for online spending up to Rs. 20,000 will now be 3X instead of 6X. However, education, wallet load, and government services will now earn 3X RPs and won't count towards the 10X threshold.

IDFC FIRST Millennia Credit Card

The RPs on online spends of Rs. 20,000 have been reduced from 6X to 3X. However, 3X RPs will now be available on education, wallet load, and government services, which won't be included in the calculation of the 10X spend threshold.

IDFC FIRST HPCL Power Credit Card

Get up to 700 RPs on HPCL fuel with 21X reward points. The new fuel rewards category will replace the fuel surcharge waiver. Also, UPI transactions will earn 2X reward points with no capping.

IDFC HPCL First Power Plus Credit Card

Cardholders will now get 30X RPs on HPCL fuel in a statement cycle, with the fuel surcharge waiver being replaced, and with UPI transactions 3X RPs will be credited with no capping across categories like excluding fuel, insurance, and EMI.

IDFC FIRST Select Credit Card

IDFC FIRST Select Card holders will now get 2 lounge visits, on spending Rs. 20,000 per month. Users will also get 10X RPs on purchases above Rs. 20,000 and 3X RPs on online spends upto Rs. 20,000.

IDFC FIRST Wealth Credit Card

Paytm movies' BOGO offer value for two months has been reduced from Rs. 500 to Rs. 250. Cardholders can now access 2 domestic and international airport lounges per quarter with a minimum spend of Rs. 20,000 in the previous month.
