Credit card blocking is most likely to limit the likelihood of fraudulent transactions on your account. Step 1: To begin with, you need to visit the PNB Bank official website and log in to your net banking account using your user id and password.
Step 2: From ‘ATM/Debit Card Hotlisting’ select Value Added Services, and from the drop-down menu select your Account Number and click on continue.
Step 3: Select the card you wish to block and then select the reason for blocking.
Step 4: Enter your transaction password and click on Submit.

You will receive a confirmation message displaying that your credit card has been blocked successfully.

Mobile Banking:

You are required to download the PNB Banking app and then log in to your account to block your credit card. Follow these steps to block your credit card;

Step 1: Log in to your account using your user id and password.
Step 2: Click on the credit card and then on the ‘Hotlist Credit Card’ option.
Step 3: Select the credit card number you wish to block and click on continue.
Step 4: Enter your transaction password and click on continue.

You will be notified about the successful credit card block.

Phone Banking:

You can always use the phone banking technique if you don’t want to block your credit card online. Contact the bank by phoning 1800-180-2222 /  1800-103-2222 (toll-free) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and following the instructions outlined below.

Step 1: Call on the customer care toll-free number and validate your 4-digit Telephone Identification Number by entering it when asked by the IVR.
Step 2: Follow the further instructions provided by the IVR to block your PNB Credit Card.

You can also opt to send a text message to 5607040 in the format HOT>space>Card Number.

PNB Bank Branch:

PNB Customers can easily go to their local bank location to request that their credit card be blocked. You can do so by following the instructions below:

Step 1: Visit the nearest PNB Bank branch and take the credit card block application from the counter.
Step 2: Fill the form and submit it to the bank branch.

How to Replace Your Punjab National Bank?

The customers can simply replace their Punjab National Bank credit card by calling the customer care number or through the mail. The bank charges a replacement fee from the customers of Rs 100 on Visa Classic and Gold credit cards, Rs 250 on Visa Platinum/ Signature credit card, and Rs 200 on Rakshak Platinum/ Select / Millenial card.
