The Experience
I recently went to the Marhaba Lounge, and it was a really nice experience. We stayed there for about an hour and a half, and I have to say, it’s something everyone should try at least once. The people on the front desk were courteous and we were immediately shown into the lounge. One has to mention the stark contrast in lounge entry within and outside India. While in India, lounges rarely ask for more than a credit card; outside India, they thoroughly match your card (DreamFolks Privilege in our case) with the boarding pass. All in all, it was a pleasant and enjoyable time.
Food and Drinks
During my visit to the Dubai Marhaba Lounge, I had a fantastic dining experience. The food included a great selection of dishes. I started with fluffy scrambled eggs and well-seasoned sausages. The lounge also served various pastas and sandwiches, all fresh and tasty. For dessert, I enjoyed rich, fudgy brownies that were the perfect sweet ending. The unlimited drinks, like Pepsi and Mountain Dew, complemented the meals nicely. Although I would have liked Coke, the other options were enough.
There were also some rice dishes and Chinese food. In total, there were six well-prepared dishes, all nicely presented. I also saw an assortment of baked goods, including warm and flaky muffins and croissants. Fresh juices were also being served, along with tea and coffee. Overall, I rate the food 4 out of 5 stars.
Seating
The Marhaba Lounge offers comfortable seating with high chairs and plush couches so guests can relax before their flights. The Terminal 3 Marhaba Lounge also has recliners for a more relaxed experience. The seating arrangement provides plenty of space for travelers. Each seat has charging stations, which makes it easy to charge devices. However, many guests have difficulty charging Indian mobile phones due to outlet compatibility issues.
Sleep Room
To use the sleeping room at the Marhaba Lounge, you will need to pay a fee. First, go to the front desk to make the payment. Once you’ve paid, you can then access the sleep room to rest comfortably.
