IDFC First Bank announced several changes to its airport lounge and spa access program on 16th September 2025. With DreamFolks discontinuing its domestic lounge access program, IDFC First Bank Credit Cards will now offer domestic airport lounge access through Elite Assist, a subsidiary of Travel Food Services Limited. The number of complimentary visits offered remains unchanged.
In addition, spa access benefits will also see a change. Starting 1st December 2025, the IDFC First Mayura, Ashva, and Private Credit Cards will no longer provide complimentary spa access at airports. Cardholders wishing to avail spa services under the current program may do so until 30th November 2025.

IDFC Bank announced, “Given the recent changes in the lounge vendor ecosystem, Airport Spas will no longer be a part of the lounge program, from 1st December 2025.”

The end of domestic airport lounge services by DreamFolks marks a major change for frequent flyers and credit cardholders who relied on their network. These changes extend beyond IDFC First Bank and will impact customers of other banks as well, at least in the short term.
Temporary disruptions and confusion are likely as the transition takes place.
As of now, it is confirmed that QR-code-based lounge access is no longer applicable for IDFC First Bank Credit Cards, since DreamFolks has discontinued the service. EliteAssist, the new lounge partner, has not yet rolled out any QR-code facility for cardholders.
Users wishing to access spa services using their IDFC First Credit Cards can do so until November 30th. After this date, this feature will be discontinued. The list of credit cards that provide spa access was already limited, and it has now become even more restricted.
