Tried to redeem this, but there was a crash on smartbuy website and then all points got blocked and HDFC is not resolving this, just putting me on hold and saying they will look into it and I should wait for a few days, by which time this offer will be over. Anyway I can escalate it better? maybe on twitter or something?
