- Only redeemable/billed reward points can be redeemed under the ‘miles transfer’ program on Smartbuy.
- In the event of a miles transfer failure (due to any reason), reward points will be reverted to the customer’s unbilled reward points section and will be available for redemption upon statement generation.
- HDFC Bank Cardholders must be enrolled in the participating loyalty program to avail of this offer.
- Bonus miles/points will be awarded at the time of transfer, along with the original transferred miles/points, in accordance with the standard transfer lead time.
