SBI Card, in partnership with Vistara, offered two co-branded credit cards: the Club Vistara SBI Credit Card and the Club Vistara SBI Card PRIME. These credit cards were popular among frequent travelers using Vistara. However, since the merger of Air India and Vistara, the future of these cards has been uncertain. Recently, all issuers have announced various changes and devaluations to their Vistara co-branded offerings, including IDFC and IndusInd Bank, and similar announcements have now been made for the SBI Vistara Credit Cards.

Here are the upcoming changes to SBI Vistara Credit Cards:
- Starting on April 1, 2025, no renewal charges will be applied for SBI Vistara Credit Cards.
- Cardholders whose renewal dates fall before April 1, 2025, will still be charged renewal fees. They can continue to earn milestone and renewal benefits.
- For cardholders with renewals scheduled after April 1, 2025, there will be no renewal fees, but along with it, no renewal or milestone benefits will be applicable.
Bottom Line
All of these changes were anticipated long before, ever since the announcement of Air India and Vistara. It has even been speculated that Air India shall soon launch their own new co-branded card series since even the SBI Air India Credit Cards have been discontinued.
The Club Vistara SBI Card and Club Vistara SBI Card PRIME are both rewarding offerings, but starting April 1st, they will only provide basic rewards for all cardholders whose renewal occurs after this date. Similar restrictions will apply to all Vistara Co-Branded Credit Cards.
Cardholders whose renewal date is before April 1st will be able to continue using their cards as usual for another year, earning milestone and renewal benefits. After which, these cards will be completely discontinued.
