SBI Card has introduced a rewarding offer for its credit card users. Customers with an SBI Credit Card can now receive ₹1,000 cashback by setting up auto payments in the education category. This is a limited-time offer that is valid until August 16, 2025. It is not applicable to Corporate Cards, Cashback SBI Credit Card, Paytm SBI Cards, Tata Cards, or SBI Credit Cards on RuPay and Amex networks. While all other exclusions are standard, the inclusion of the SBI Credit Card on RuPay in the exclusion list is a new and surprising addition.

How to Avail Cashback for Education Payments?
- Register for Auto Bill Payment for fee payments in the Education category via the SBI Card website or Mobile App.
- Make your education fee payments through Auto Bill Pay and receive a total cashback of ₹1,000 on your first two fee payments.
- Please note that the minimum transaction amount for each fee payment is ₹25,000.

The cashback on education payments with SBI Credit Cards is an interesting offer and extremely useful for those whose kids or siblings are enrolled with registered education billers. Although the minimum transaction amount is high, those with SBI Credit Cards can still take advantage of this offer and earn a substantial cashback of ₹1,000. Education payments are generally not rewarded by the vast majority of credit cards, so this is a welcome move. Those interested should remember to register by August 16, 2025, to be eligible for cashback.
