You can buy shopping vouchers from popular brands like Amazon, Flipkart, Apple, Lenovo, etc, or you can also purchase products from third-party merchants by landing on their page via the link on the Reward Multiplier page. Usually, you earn 5X Points on the Platinum and Gold cards, 3X Points on Platinum Reserve and Platinum Travel Credit cards, and 2X points on other American Express Proprietary cards. AmEx Reward Multiplier Republic Day 2022 Offer

For the 2nd time in January 2022, American Express is bringing 22 Reward Points/Rs 100 spent offers for its credit card holders. The offer terms are the same as that of the offer launched earlier this month- 22x Reward points for Centurian Card holders and 22 RPs/Rs 100 spent for other card holders. Like the previous offers, this offer isn’t applicable on gift vouchers purchased via AmEx Rewards Multipliers. Also, please remember that the limit of reward points that you can earn in a month via a Reward multiplier offer is 25,000.

AmEx Reward Multiplier January 2022 Update: New Year Offer

American Express has launched a new Membership Rewards Points offer this new year. Under this offer, you will earn 22X Membership Rewards Points on the American Express Centurian Credit Card (132 Reward Points per Rs. 200) and 22 Membership Rewards Points per Rs. 100 on American Express Proprietary Credit Cards– including American Express Platinum Card, American Express Gold Card, American Express Platinum Reserve Credit Card, and American Express Platinum Travel Credit Card on purchases made via Reward Multiplier.

Bottom Line

Considering the high reward rate, this is an offer you simply can’t afford to miss out on as an American Express card member. Since the max cap of 25K Points is still applicable, you’ll have to spend at least Rs. 1,25,000 during the offer period for maximum benefit.

As mentioned earlier, the Membership Rewards Points earned can be redeemed for e-vouchers, a statement credit transferred to partner frequent-flyer and hotel loyalty programs, or if you have an Amex Gold card, you can redeem from the 18 and 24 Karat Gold Collection.
