Axis Bank and Citi customers will face service interruptions in July. These outages will affect various banking services offered by Axis. This is due to the fact that Citi and Axis Bank are merging. Service Interruptions for Citi Debit and Credit Cards
While services through Citibank Online, Citi Mobile App, and CitiPhone may be affected, you can still access these services via phone banking or branches without any interruptions until further notice. You can also continue to report lost or stolen cards for blocking even after July 8, 2024. However, if you need a reissued or replacement card, please contact Axis Bank after July 15, 2024.
