Step 1: Visit the BOBCARD Insta Pay portal here
Step 2: Enter your credit card number and then the verification code.
Step 3: Click on Proceed and provide the required details
Step 4: Enter the payment amount, mobile number, and Email ID
Step 5: Select the bank to make the payment
Step 6: Information related to the completed transaction shall be communicated within 2 working days.

Payment through Self Service Portal

You can also make your BOBCARD credit card payment using the self-service portal using the following steps
Step 1: Get started by visiting the self-service portal and choose the “click to pay” option.
Step 2: Enter your BOBCARD credit card number and verification code
Step 3: Verify the respective details provided
Step 4: Enter the payment amount, mobile number, and Email Id

Payment through NEFT/IMPS/RTGS

BOBCARD customers can pay their outstanding balance via NEFT/IMPS/RTGS transaction. Firstly, the cardholders need to register themselves in order to avail of this service.
Step 1: Log in to your respective bank’s Netbanking account.
Step 2: Select NEFT/IMPS/RTGS as the method of payment
Step 3: Enter your BOBCARD credit card details as a Payee account.
Step 4: Enter the necessary details mentioned below

Payment through Bill Desk

You can pay your outstanding credit card bills online even if you don’t have an account with BOBCARD through the Bill desk.
Step 1: Visit the BOBCARD bill desk portal
Step 2: Log in using your credentials.
Step 3: Enter your credit card details such as credit card number, account number, email, and contact details required to make the payment.
Step 4: Enter the payment amount and click on submit.

Payment through Razorpay

BOBCARD cardholders can simply make their payments through the RazorPay app. Using RazorPay, you can make your bill payments through UPI (Unified Payment Interface), Debit card, or Netbanking. The customer can pay the total outstanding bill amount or the minimum due balance. The bank shall provide a personalized link that will be shared at end of every month at your registered mobile no or email.

Auto Debit

The BOBCARD credit card customers can use the auto-debit service to pay their outstanding due amount. Using this facility, the outstanding amount on your credit card bill gets auto-debited from your account on the due date. The cardholder can instruct the bank to deduct the total outstanding amount or the minimum due amount. The cardholder should fill an authorization form and submit it to the bank to avail of this service.

How to Make BOBCARD Credit Card Bill Payment Offline?

BOBCARD customers can opt for these payment methods to make their outstanding bill payments offline by visiting the nearest BOBCARD branch or ATM on their credit card.

Cash Payment

You can also pay your outstanding balance by visiting your nearby BOBCARD branch and make payments in cash. You need to provide your 16-digit account number on the deposit slip. A processing fee of Rs 100 is charged on cash payments by the bank. An acknowledgment slip shall be received by the customer on making payment.

Cheque Payment

You can also make your bill payment via dropping a cheque at your nearby BOBCARD branch or ATM. Provide a 16-digit account number and a cheque should be made payable to the BOBCARD.
